<p>The following product safety recall was voluntarily conducted by the firm in cooperation with the CPSC. Consumers should stop using the product immediately unless otherwise instructed. It is illegal to resell or attempt to resell a recalled consumer product.</p>
<p><strong>Name of Product: </strong>Husqvarna Riding Lawn Tractors</p>
<p><strong>Units:</strong> About 1,700</p>
<p><strong>Manufacturer: </strong>Husqvarna Professional Products Inc., of Charlotte, N.C.</p>
<p><strong>Hazard:</strong> The fuel line on the rear-mounted fuel tank is too long and can come in contact with moving parts while the tractor is in use, posing a fire hazard.</p>
<p><strong>Incidents/Injuries:</strong> The firm has received 53 reports of fuel line damage. No injuries have been reported.</p>
<p><strong>Description:</strong> This recall involves gas-powered Husqvarna riding lawn tractors designed for residential use. The lawn tractor&#8217;s model and serial numbers are printed on an identification plate located underneath the tractor seat.</p>
<p>Models and serials numbers included in the recall are: GTH27V52LS lawn tractors with model numbers 96043009100 and 96043009900, with serial numbers 010810A00XXXX through 05061000XXXX.</p>
<p><strong>Sold by:</strong> Husqvarna authorized dealers nationwide from January 2010 to May 2010 for about $3,000.</p>
<p><strong>Manufactured in:</strong> U.S.A.</p>
<p><strong>Remedy: </strong>Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled riding tractors and contact Husqvarna to arrange a free repair.</p>

<p><span style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,Geneva,Swiss,SunSans-Regular; font-size: x-small;"><strong>Hazard: </strong>The gas cap can leak or detach from the fuel tank on the recalled  mini bikes and go-carts, posing a fire and burn hazard to consumers. In  addition, the throttle can stick due to an improperly positioned fuel  line and throttle cable, posing a sudden acceleration hazard to  consumers.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,Geneva,Swiss,SunSans-Regular; font-size: x-small;"><strong>Incidents/Injuries: </strong>The firm has received at least 9 reports of the gas caps leaking  and detaching, including one report of a serious burn injury to a child.  <a href="http://www.injurylawnews.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/07/10304b.jpg"><img class="alignright size-full wp-image-630" title="10304b" src="http://www.injurylawnews.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/07/10304b.jpg" alt="" width="240" height="213" /></a>The firm has also received 25 reports of stuck throttles possibly due  to the fuel line and throttle cable being improperly attached with   injuries to the face and other parts of the body reported.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,Geneva,Swiss,SunSans-Regular; font-size: x-small;"><strong>Description: </strong>This recall involved Baja Motorsports mini bikes with model numbers  beginning with HT65, MB165, WR65, MB196, DB30, WR90 and DR90 and  go-carts with model numbers BB65, SD65, DN65 and TR65. The model number  is located on the mini bikes’ fenders and/or decorative fuel tank and on  the go-carts’ roll cage. They both have black plastic gas caps.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,Geneva,Swiss,SunSans-Regular; font-size: x-small;"><strong>Sold  at: </strong>Various mini bike and go-cart retailers nationwide from  November 2004 through June, 2010 for between $200 and $2000. <p><strong>Hazard:</strong> The coffee maker can overheat, posing fire and burn hazards to  consumers.</p>
<p><strong>Incidents/Injuries:</strong> Walmart has received 83 reports of overheating, smoking, melting,  burning and fire, including three reports of minor burn injuries to  consumer’s hands, feet and torso. Reports of property damage include a  significant kitchen fire and damage to countertops, cabinets and a wall.</p>
<p><strong>Description:</strong> This recall involves General Electric®-brand 12-cup coffee makers  sold in white or black. The digital coffee maker has programmable  functions and plastic housing. The GE logo is printed on the base of the  coffee maker and the model number is printed on the bottom of the base.  Model numbers included in the recall are:<br />
No  other models are included in this recall.</p>
<p><strong>Sold  exclusively at:</strong> Walmart stores nationwide from March 2008 through  January 2010 for about $30.</p>
<p><strong>Manufactured  in:</strong> China</p>
<p><strong>Remedy:</strong> Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled coffee makers  and return the product to any Walmart for a full refund.</p>

<p><strong>Hazard: </strong>Gas can leak from connections in the column, posing a fire hazard to consumers.</p>
<p><strong>Incidents/Injuries: </strong>Agio has received five reports of fires. No injuries have been reported.</p>
<p><strong>Description:</strong> The recalled product is a propane gas fire column used for outdoor ambiance. The base of the column is rectangular with brick styling. The top has a bowl shape with lava rocks. This unit does not include ceramic logs. Only products with serial numbers running sequentially from 0081959SD through 0087754SD are affected. The model number GFP207 and the serial number is printed on a label that is located inside the door on the base.</p>
<p><strong>Sold at:</strong> Costco from August 2009 through February 2010 for about $200.</p>
<p><strong>Manufactured in:</strong> China</p>
<p><strong>Remedy:</strong> Consumers should stop using the fire columns immediately and return the columns to any Costco retail outlet to receive a full refund.</p>

<p><strong>Units: </strong>About 163,000</p>
<p><strong>Wholesaler: </strong>Ethan Allen Global Inc., of Danbury, Conn.</p>
<p><strong>Hazard: </strong>Strangulation can occur when a child places his/her neck between the exposed inner cord and the fabric on the backside of the shade or when a child pulls the cord out and wraps it around his/her neck. Also, strangulation can occur when a child&#8217;s neck become entangled on the free-standing loop.</p>
<p>Incidents/Injuries: None reported.</p>
<p><strong>Description: </strong>This recall involves all styles and sizes of Roman shades sold under the Ethan Allen brand name. These custom-ordered, made-to-order shades were sold in a variety of colors, fabrics, and sizes. The shades have no labels or markings making reference to the Ethan Allen brand.</p>
<p><strong>Sold at: </strong>Ethan Allen Design Centers since at least 1999 through December 2009. Most are priced between $400 and $1,000.</p>
<p><strong>Manufactured in: </strong>United States</p>
<p><strong>Remedy:</strong> Consumers should stop using the recalled Roman shades immediately and contact their local Ethan Allen Design Center for a free repair kit.</p>
